I frequently recommend Grundy insurance to others with classic cars. Their
Usage Endorsement states that the vehicle insured will be used for "Hobby
Purposes and Exhibition and will not be used primarily for general
transportation. It will not be used for backup transportation, or for
errands. It will not be driven to work of school or used for business or
commercial purposes." They also require that no one under the age of 25
operate the vehicle.
Their rates are very attractive.. A binder for $15,000 "actual value" was
only about $100.00 annually.
