Anyone who's ever put jumpers onto a computer component with needle-nose
pliers will know how to do this (same drill, line up the little bitsy
thing with the little bitsy holes, and push in. Don't squeeze too hard or
the little bitzy thing goes under the bench / seat at the speed of
light...)

I've also heard of some people using a pair of hemostats (sp?) to clamp on
the pin to pop it in. They're those things that Doctors use that look
like scissors with extra long handles, but they have jaws and clamp shut.

Myself I would probably take the Dremel and modify the jaws of the
hemostats / pliers so that they could grip the round pin.
