Looking at the financials for Shell US, I see that all the effect is
in their exploration and production. Refining and marketing of
oil products seems to be pretty constant (year over year) and
the company reports that refining margins haven't changed that
much. So whatever is causing "Shell stations to be 20 cents
higher" isn't showing up in the company's bottom line.
