Moss and CMS buy Moss International
We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the assets and continuing
business of Moss International by Moss Motors, Ltd. and Classic Management
Services. The principal shareholders of Moss Motors, Ltd. are Robert Goldman
and Glen Adams. The principal shareholders of Classic Management Services
are Peter Buckles and Neil Aldred. Also acquired are the assets and
continuing business of Peter Buckles Trading. The new corporation will trade
under the name of Moss Europe Ltd.
The key management team is comprised of Glen Adams as Chairman, Peter
Buckles as Managing Director, Neil Aldred as Director of Sales and
Marketing, and Robert Goldman as Non-Executive Director.
The management team is comprised of the same people involved in the previous
successful ownership of Moss Europe Ltd. by Moss Motors in the period
1989-93. Moss Europe Ltd. will be managed out of the 40,000 sq. ft main
offices, warehouse and retail trade counter located in Middlesex.
As this new organization begins to unfold and with both Moss entities
operating in unity again, we anticipate that there will be a substantial
leap forward in our ability to support the British parts market. Our
customers can look forward to greater availability of parts, improved fill
rates, reduced lead times, better technical information, and improved
customer service.
