Unless you're stuck on the 6 cyl. Triumph (a malady from which I suffer), may I
suggest you consider a 1500 Spitfire?  Shave the head (or block), switch to '76
pistons, lighten the flywheel and install free flow exhaust, twin SU's,
electronic ignition.  You'll have a lot of fun and great handling potential to
boot.  I presume you can find one for a modest price over there?
