Greetings,
I am presently building a '69 TR6 engine which I plan on putting in a '74
TR6. Does anyone from California have experience with trying to smog such a
combo? I have the '74 engine, and could use the head from it with the EGR in
place, but would much rather use the '69 head. Does this car qualify for the
(25 year old) exemption? If not will I encounter problems fitting the '74
head to the '69 short block?
