Beating Your Crank

It's not what you think.  What's the worst thing that could happen if one were
to take a BF hammer and give the crank bolt on a TR6 a few whacks to loosen it
up.  Thrust washers get crunched?  Bearings get twisted?  Real seal leak?  Not
that I'd EVER consider doing this (unless of course I was helping Tom Di Iulio
with his car).
