Hey List-
Speaking of Marques, I know many of us have other equally unexplainable
interests. We have; in the past, discussed music, boats, airplanes and now I
am proposing motorcycles.
I have a Harley Davidson Heritage Springer, some call the "Old Boy." It is a
new bike (1999) made to look like an older model. Tomorrow, I am picking up
the new (2000) Indian Chief. It is beautiful. As many of you may know, the
Indian has not been manufactured for decades but is now again in production
in California. It also looks much like the old Indians, with modern running
gear.
Perhaps someone will someday revive the Triumph marque with the old look and
newer running gear. Jaguar has done it with some success, perhaps others will
follow.
Just a thought.
