Lower Trunnion Lubrication

Gentlemen (and ladies - you know who you are):

I've fallen prey to deleting messages I should have saved - we always need
the info, so why delete?  As I begin reassembling the front suspension, I
recall a thread about using both grease and oil, rather than just the oil
called for in the manuals.  Could you please remind me of the types and
weights?
