Ebay strikes again...  there is a Bentley just listed with a starting bid of
$95 - with a reserve...  yikes.  NFI - but I do have a bridge for sale....

The Bentley reprint is an exact reprint, no extra info, except that it also 
includes the Driver's Instruction Book.  I believe TRF still has them 
(maybe hardcover only), but I'm not sure.

Both the Bentley reprints and the original manuals go by fairly frequently 
on eBay (NFI)
