The inner sills I got with my car (Moss product) had the brackets on
them. With the front & back of the body loosely bolted into position, I
just centered the inner sills over the outrigger brackets and welded.

I'd recommend buying the Moss or TRF parts. Making this item would be
complicated at best, and I mad everything I could get away with on my
car.
