for the good suggestion!
I have broken up the single large file into 11 smaller ones, ranging
in size from 5.7 MB to 14.5 MB. These would be feasible to download
over a modem connection.
I broke the file up into 50-page chunks, but a couple of the chunks
were still too big, so there are several 50-page pieces and a few
25-page pieces.
The "whole" file is still there as well.
Again, the address is ftp://24.19.27.173 (anonymous login).
