Pat,
I'm assuming that you need the chrome lever switch with the attached plastic 
cam.  I have one available.  Hopefully you have the small wheel that fits in 
the cam, otherwise you will have to hold the lever to engage the signal.  I 
know because I ended up making one good horn/signal assembly out of two 
because of the missing wheel.  

Good luck on reassembly, you will need 2 pairs of hands the size of 
Thimballina's to hold all of the springs in place.  Assemble in a very clean 
area without a lot of places for parts to hide, so that you can find the 
springs after you launch them across the room several times.  You will be 
amazed at how many other parts you will find when looking for those springs.
