While the gearbox is out of my car I thought I'd take a quick look at the clutch etc. I found that the clutch release arm had a fracture right across the 'cup' bit where it pivots. It seems difficult to get a replacement - I remember reading that someone welded up the fracture ?? Is it possible to repair this by welding? thanks Andy MkII 2L Vitesse |
