TR3 Commission Plate Position

Hello Listers,

I need to know the proper location of the rivet holes for the TR3A style
commission plate. The dreaded DPO had cut three huge circular holes into
that portion of the bulkhead and I had to have a patch panel welded in to
make things look (mostly) OK ... but in the process lost track of where it
should be mounted.

So if someone can measure where the two holes are in from the top, bottom,
left, right, etc... then I can end up looking reasonably correct.
