Okay, Home now and my runner, '70 KC81718 has flat red
reflectors and "beehive" amber lights. Plinth
w/reverse lamp and dual license plate lamps as you
describe on yours. No accident damage replacements.

The parts car KC80870, which had red rounded lights in
place of the flat reflectors is even more original
than my runner, and had those lights properly wired
into the harness as well! Plinth and lights as
previous...

Who Knows?
