That color is one of the most talked about ones in Triumphdom. Here's what I
have accumulated on Pale Yellow of that era.
Pale Yellow TR2/TR3 PPG/Ditzler: 82043 ICI:3220
Matching existing panels is always hard due to the differences in lots, and
manufacturers' specifications.
I recently had the local PPG store do a computer color match on some vinyl
material I am using for graphics on my race car and they did
a wonderful job of coming up with a can of paint for the stripes.
