These numbers look OK for a test done on a cold engine with a home
compression gauge.
Home compression gauges are not known for being dight on accurate.
Also pistone to wall clearences are grater on a cold engine, esp with the
lubercating oil mostly flowed back down to the sump.
10 pounds between cylinders indicate either a slight difference in head
volume or some slight wear but is quite acceptable for a good running
engine.
I would not worry about it. Just record it for comparison with future
compression tests made under the same conditions with the same gauge.
As they say, don't worry, be happy... one jug could have read zero
