new cork gasket. Should you put sealer, both sides of the gasket, or as it
is cork, do you want it to "swell" with splashing fuel to make a good seal?
Car will sit over the winter, so not likely to get the gasket swelling
enough to seal. Or can you simply use gasket sealer on cork gaskets and not
worry about it?

I put a thin layer of Hylomar HPF on both sides of the gaskey when I put it
in last spring. So far so good.
