Back in 1966 I owned a TR4A that had a tonneau cover, a top cover (hood
stick cover), a black top (hood). As I recall, I was able to fold up the
top, install the top cover, and then install the tonneau. I seem to remember
there were "double" deep studs for this purpose. I'm fairly sure this was a
factory installed item, as I got it this way without requesting it from the
selling dealer. I'd like to duplicate this set up with my current TR4A.
Anyone know of a source for these studs or have a comment on this
arrangement?
I'm on digest, so perhaps a reply to me directly might be best. I haven't
been reading the TR list much lately, but am saddened to see some the
problems of this list. The Jaguar XK list has had some severe challenges,
but the order is enforced and I find the XK list enjoyable as a result.
