British Car magazine had an interesting article on troubleshooting the
problem if your car won't start.  90% of the time it's an electrical
problem,
9% of the time it's a fuel problem and 1% of the time it's an engine
mechanical problem.

Seems to me to be a corollary to the other adage - " 'Carburretor' is a
French word for 'do not touch.' "
