This is actually a question for a buddy of mine who has a 63 TR4, but not in
on the list. Sent his head to TRF for overhaul. He has received it back and
installed, couldn't remember where the 4 studs for the rocker assembly were
put. Sure they were removed prior to shipping. So, new studs ordered from
Moss. Received them, coarse threads on one side, fine on the other. The
threads in top of the head look coarse, but the studs won't fit. What's up?
Could they be something other than the standard coarse thread? If so, why
wouldn't the studs purchased from Moss fit?
