I heard on the radio this AM that Harry Secom had died yesterday.
For those of you unfamialiar with Harry Secom's work, he was a founding
member of the Goon Show, a BBC radio program that featured other British
comic luminaries the likes of Peter Sellers, and Spike Milligan.
The Goon Show had a 7 year run on BBC, despite its "off-the-walls" humor,
and was a major influence on the creators of Monty Python's Flying Circus.
