The commission number is probably the number the car is registered under
with the gov-ment and changing it runs the risk of screwing up tag records
for you or some future owner.  It may be illegal.  I'd leave it alone.

Listers,

The last weekend of this month I intend on changing out the original gearbox
that is in my tr3a to my  newly rebuilt  trans with /OD.  I can't wait!!!
My
question is do I change the serial plate to reflect the "O" in the serial
number? Or do I just leave it as is.  what the thought here.
