Not exactly. See <http://www.gumbi.com/peterz/tr6/bmiht.html> for a pretty
reliable example to dispute these assumptions. Looks like the engine number
for this car is significantly out of the range you quoted. (And it's
original). And the body number is even more out the 'expected' range.
Probably the best way to verify what you have is to get a similar
certificate for your car (it you really want to know). Everything else will
likely be just speculation.
