Okay folks, here is one for you.

My tub is a 1957(8) which should be a solid steering column

My frame and running gear is 1960 which should be a split column

Question is, is there any problems using the split column on the tub that
was built for a solid column ?

Thanks, Pat

PS: For those who have been following my rebuild.... I have all the sheet
metal on now. The gaps range from good to not bad. I'm fairly pleased
considering every panel, door etc is from totally different cars ! (Not to
mention all the interior......etc)
