Gary,
Check with a upholstery shop for vinyl dye. It is basically a "paint" for
material. I once refurbished a 1963 Olds F-85 Conv that had a white interior
that sat in a barn for years. It was moldy, discolored and nasty looking,
but intact. Several cans of white vinyl dye and is good as new.
