I was asked by name on this list to check into "Chinese" radiators, so here
goes.
For TR6 we sell radiators that come through Moss Europe from Portugal. I
won't say we haven't had any problems, but we have had very few, three to be
precise in two years. Two leaked, one had a bad hose connection.
Considering we sold close to 200, that's not bad.
For TR3 we are running about the same ratio.
Although it is rough being the one who gets the occasional bad radiator,
this isn't too bad. In addition my R&D department tells me we are trying to
improve them further.
As far as Fred's comment about having to pay freight both ways for his bad
radiator. That should never have happened. If he bought it direct from us
we will return his freight costs. I will contact him off line about that.
I know this isn't the answer everyone was hoping for, but there it is.
