FelPro for stock type headgaskets.  Available at auto
parts stores near you (NAPA, Autozone, PepBoys, etc).
No need to go with the solid copper gaskets unless you
are running a high boost blower, which you are not.

Spitfire head studs are not single use torque to angle bolts.  
They are designed to be reused, and you can re-use them 
many times over without problem.  Do use a thread sealant 
on those studs that you have removed from the block,
less you get water and oil intermixed by seepage around
the threads.

OK...asking for the collective list wisdom....

I'm looking for the better quality in head gaskets
for a Spitfire 1500 engine.
Who/what/where delivers a decent quality head gasket?

VB now carries ARP head stud sets... are they worth 
the money  (~$80 vs stock at half that)
