Hi all.
I am buying my late uncle's TR3 from my aunt in NY (I live in Ontario).
Does anyone from NY know what is required to sell a car there? She has the
most recent registration (1988) but has been told she will need the title, I
thought that the title was the same as the registration - the form with the
car make, model, serial number that we have to show along with our driver's
license when we get pulled over :(
Should the title be transferred to her name first? Has anyone on the list
done this?
