I took my wife to an Italian restaurant for a Valentine's lunch. Great
food.
When I got home, with the credit card still in my shirt pocket, I placed
a large order with the Roadster Factory.
I believe the folks at Enron call this "off the balance sheet"
accounting.
I just hope she doesn't call me to testify when the credit card
statement comes in. <G>
