I would go with Rocker Arm Specialist in Anderson, CA.

They did an outstanding job on my TR3 shafts and rockers.  You'll have to
call for current prices, but it's a fixed price up front, no surprises.  It
was around $100/each for my TR3s.  Send them the whole shaft, pedestals,
rockers, adjustments and all.  They recondition/replace as necessary, mine
came back in less than 2 weeks looking like brand new.
