John,
That label would go on the underside of the bonnet, drivers side, directly
below the support member which is at the back (closest to the driver). It
should be centered between the support member which runs from front to back
and the left hand edge of the bonnet. It should be followed by the US Federal
Pollution Standards decal and then the smaller TR250 Emission Control
Settings decal. If you are standing straight looking at the underside of the
bonnet, drivers side, they are right there at eye level if you are short like
me!
