This may be old hat to long time listers but the following was a revelation
to me. I purchased a Moss UK catalog (thanks for the suggestion, 'FT') at
catalogues@moss-europe.co.uk because they use the Triumph p/n scheme as does
The Roadster Factory. There is quite a bit more detail in the UK catalog
particularly along the lines of fasteners. Armed with the p/n's from the
Moss UK catalog & either TRF's blue or red price book, one can derive the
type of thread & length for much of what is in our cars. Makes trips to the
hardware store or McMaster-Carr that much more productive. I don't believe
whether the bolt is grade 5 or 8 is listed so you'd have to rely on common
sense there.
