I have acquired a TR4 overdrive gearbox (A-type), missing its solenoid. I do
have a Triumph 2000 overdrive gearbox that is complete with a solenoid (has
76515K 0776 12V marked on the body of the unit).
Does anyone know if the T-2000 solenoid will work with the TR4 O/D? It will
fit the bracket, and the "hook" on the lever fits the "plunger."
