Tips:

[_] Remove the ashtray for additional access to the center gauges.

[_] Label all the wires; this makes re-assembly much easier.
Indicate the left to right/top to bottom order of the sockets and
wires,
    - use self-adhesive labels (e.g., Avery)
    - dab of correction fluid on each bulb/wire

Also, create your own Wiring Color Code Table for each gauge:

    WIPER Switch (top-down)
    - Blue
    - Green
    - Red
    - Green/Red

    SPEEDOMETER (left to right)
    Green/Black/blank/Red-Black

[_] While the dash is removed, remove the metal bracket holding the
Hazard Switch (between Tach and Speedo) and high polish it.
    It looks great!

[_] Consider bypassing (via 'hard-wiring') the rheostat.
The dash lights are pretty dim to begin with.

[_] While the dash and gauges are out, check the Steering Column for Wobble.
Replace the felt, and tighten any bolts necessary.

[_] If you wipe the inside face with a rag dampened in "Endust" spray...
and then re-install the bezel immediately...
the face stays beautifully deep wet-black w/o dust (Justin Wagner)

[_] Be sure NOT to over tight any dash screws... this may result in stress
cracks

[_] When asking the 6pack@autox.team.net "How much beer?"
the answer is always... a 6pack o'course (Doh!)
