I'd have to vote "A" on this. I don't know the TR6 top frame that well, but I
seem to recall the webbing being nearly critical for proper spacing on the
TR2/3 top bows. And on a Herald, the two rearmost bows are not otherwise
connected to the rest of the top frame. The webbing definitely helps locate
these bows properly (even though the top physically attaches to the rearmost
bow).
