That is probably a bit of a stretch from the 2002 list. I've never seen a
factory produced car that did not have a manual mechanical door unlock/latch
lever. The manual sunroof crank on most ( all?) cars is located near the
drive motor. The drive motor is usually located just aft of the windshield.
There may be a few cars that have the drive motor in the trunk and that would
explain the tool in the trunk part of the story.
