Larry,

Try swapping the two front tires - put the left tire on the right side and 
vice-versa - or rotate both front tires to the rear and bring the rear tires 
up front.  If the drift disappears, one of your new tires has a problem.  
I've gotten new tires which reacted just as you mentioned.  Most reputable 
tires dealers will replace the defective tire.
