Seat belt hardware

I'm in need of the large washers and nuts used to fasten the seat belt 
anchors to the transmission tunnel.  TRF doesn't list the hardware.  VB 
sells complete seat belt kits but don't list the hardware separately.

Does anyone know of a source for this stuff?  McMaster-Carr lists hardware 
that will work, but they sell the washers in packs of 5 or more.
