Anyone know the legalities of towing a vehicle? A friend of mine told me
it is illegal for a car to tow another car. I thought that was strange, cuz
I seen it done. Maybe he means it must be on a trailer versus a tow bar.
I am going to be moving, and will be towing one of my vehicles.
