Hi Guys,

I remember my clunking noises came from a loose rear shock absorber (TR3A
that also has wire wheels).

I can't remember if you have wire wheels on your car or not, but they will
clunk as you describe when their hub and\or spindles get worn no matter
how hard you bang on the spinners.
