Lever shocks

Woo hoo the list is back up, thanks Mark!  I was starting to have the shakes
from missing the traffic. As the wife said, I can get my fix now :-)

Can lever shocks be refilled while still in the car?  Do you need to you the
level shock oil or is there a resonable substitute?
