  Congratulations on finding those wheels!
  I got my Silverstone lug nuts from www.infinitemotorsports.com
  The nut you want is the "Short Mag," part number C4002.  Does not look 
exactly like the original, but does fit.  Shank diameter given on the website 
is 0.68", or just under 11/16".  This should be pretty close to the diameter of 
the holes in your wheels (unless they've been enlarged).
  I think the washer is C772, but you might want to check when you place the 
order.

  When you install the nuts, be sure to torque those puppies evenly to 70 (or 
maybe 80) ft-lbs, not "two grunts" like with steel wheels... and re-torque 
after a few miles...
