Hi Sean
   My old '63 TR4 had a TR3 (or 3A, I don't know which) tunnel fitted long ago
by some previous owner. They had put in "pleats" at the back to taper it down
to meet the TR4's driveshaft tunnel, and there was sort of a depression around
the middle to make room for the aluminum "H" bracket that supports the dash.
All this seems to have been accomplished using a hammer. That said, it
actually fit quite well (most of the bolt holes on the floor even line up) and
with the carpet installed, you'd never know it was incorrect - except that you
can put your hand on it while climbing into the car and it won't collapse!!
