Just a side comment ... raising the compression ratio will actually make a
street-driven car LESS likely to overheat.  That's because CR is one of the
few mods that actually increases power by making the engine more efficient,
which generally translates to less fuel burned per mile traveled.  And one
of the reasons the "smog" motors are more likely to overheat (and burn more
fuel).
