If you can remove the tube from the adaptor, and then unscrew the adaptor
from the WP housing, the threads are a standard pipe thread and a pipe plug
from the hardware store will work.  Sorry, don't recall offhand if they're
3/8" NPT or 1/2" NPT, but you can just take the adaptor with you to the
store & buy a similar looking plug.
