If it has a rocker shaft, I'd pull the shaft and clean inside it. Otherwise,
just use a quality high-detergent oil, and change it frequently (along with
changing the filter every time). Unless the motor shows other signs of
distress, I'd stay away from any oil additives or flush agents.
