        Following Aaron and Dave's advice I removed the Brake booster from
my car and noted the following things 1. It does hold vacuum and 2. when the
rod from the pedal is pushed it seems to provide a solid puff of air out of
the vacuum inlet.  Is there any other way to test it other then sending it
to Partco and asking them to test it prior to a rebuild.
        My thought now is to reassemble the system and bleed the brakes to
insure there is no blockage, but I don't see that as a possibility as I
would think that the car would have pulled to one side or the other or the
PDWA light would have activated.  Bang'en away at it...
