I can't place these items off-hand... perhaps they were added by an early owner
or as part of a rust-proofing effort? Generally the plugs that were original
to the TR were rubber rather than plastic, Moss et al sell replacements for
those.
Plastic plugs are generally available at Ace Hardware in those little drawers
in the nut & bolt section.
